How does it work?
Upon receiving your photo(s), I will email you regarding wording and style.  If you see an example on our website that you would like your collage or card to be similar to, let me know.  I will then work to create a custom design and email you a draft.  Upon your approval of the draft, I will print and ship to you.

How long will it take to get my order?
Once I receive your pictures, I will contact you within 24 hours regarding your orders.  Proofs will typically be emailed for review within 2 - 4 days.  This time may be longer during the holiday season.   If you need your order faster, contact me and can see if I can rush the order.

Can I send a professional photo?
Due to copyright laws, photos taken by professional photographers can only be reproduced if I have written permission from the photographer.  Most are willing to provide this release.

Do you accept printed photographs as well as digital files?
Yes, I can scan your photo.  The original photo will be returned with your order.  I often use historical photos in our collages.

Can you touch up my pictures?
Yes, I can remove red eye, minor flaws, minimize acne, etc.  Most photo editing is included in the price of your collage or card.

What software do you use?
I use Adobe Photoshop CS4.

Are envelopes included with your card orders?
YES!

Where are the 8 x 10 and larger collages on the website?
During the upcoming holiday season I will not be creating 8 x 10 or larger collages (Unless it is an enlargement of a card order.  I will re-evaluate in 2009 to decide if I will offer them again.  If you really really really want one, please contact me and I'll see if I have time to get one done for you.
