- Email approximately 3 to 4 photos at a time. I will let you know within 24 hours if your photo(s) were received, if you do not hear from me, I did not receive your photo(s). Try again, sending fewer images at a time or call at 952.484.8010. Do not crop or reduce the size of your photos. Note: By submitting your order to Three Bears Press by db creative llc. you are certifying that the rights to the images or photos you provide belong to you.
- If there is a design or designs on the website that you would like your card to be similar to, please let me know. Otherwise, I'll show you a few options of how your pictures might look in different card designs.
- Please include all names or other information that you would like on the card.
- I will try to have a design proof(s) emailed back to you within 2 to 3 days. If you need it sooner, please let me know. During the holidays, this time may be increased.
- After you receive your proof(s), you can suggest any revisions and we will work together until the design is exactly what you would like.
- Once the design is finalized, cards will be ordered and shipped to you with envelopes within 4 business days. This date may vary during the busy holiday season due to delays at the lab.
